Awesome lunch today at Da Loaded Mac. The Cajun seafood dish was seasoned to perfection and I opted for the bed of rice. I am a DIE HARD Mac n’ cheese fan to the point I can eat it everyday and NEVER get old of it. I get it as my side at any restaurant that offers it. Now that you know a little about me it puts it into perspective when I make the bold state that this is top 3 absolute best macaroni and cheese I have ever had. I tried the Pepper Papi (pictured) on a Saturday and returned the very next day to try the Big Mamma (I was skeptical of the “yams sauce” but it was good). Both dishes were done to such an expert level that I have not stopped thinking about it.
